Michelle and Michael Wedding at the Blackstone Hotel

Pabst Photo had the privilege of shooting the Miller-Shea wedding this past weekend. It was our first wedding of the Spring and the weather cooperated in fashion. Michelle and Michael were married on April 5th 2014 at St. Mary of the Lake Church in Chicago, IL. The cocktail hour and reception followed at the beautiful Blackstone Hotel on Michigan Avenue. For those unfamiliar with the Blackstone hotel it is in a prime location at the 600 S block of Mich Ave. It is stylish and swanky having hosted presidents, movie stars and even gangsters. If there was a theme of the Miller-Shea wedding it was old-style class. The classy furs for the girls, the large Italian church wedding, the art-hall cocktail hour and finally the reception in the beautifully ornate ballroom.
